I dealt with Eden. He made the application easy and fast. Five star to him for that. 4 stars due to the fact I am disappointed with the state of tires on a very expensive (to me) purchase. I will recommend because the rest was great.update: the manager reached out to me to explain to me that it had cost his a lot of money to certify the vehicle and that the tires were acceptable. We agreed to disagree. If i can recommend one thing, DO NOT buy the vehicle unseen. I woul never would have driven off with the vehicle in the state the tires were. Now, i’m left looking to purchase tires for a new to me truck. Northern Ontario is not the place to drive around with 3mm over the acceptable safety requirement. It passed the safety…..

UPDATE:The manager reached out to me in regard to my concern and used everything at his discretion to alleviate the situation. Couldn’t have been more understanding. We worked out a solution that was beneficial for both of us and assured me I have their full support in the future. Upon a slight bump in road, I now Couldn’t be happier with the their customer service! Thank you!My initial experience with this company was wonderful. The sales rep I dealt with through the entire process, whom I won’t name, was incredible and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the vehicle was delivered to me with a ‘clicking’ noise at slow speed turning. I informed the sales rep whom I purchased it off of and she simply stated the car still has manu warranty & 2 year added extended warranty. That’s great, but it only covers engine & drivetrain. I took the vehicle to the local manufacturer dealership, Mazda in this case, and they informed me the centre that safetied the vehicle used aftermarket brake parts, which is fine, but the brake pad shimmies weren’t installed. This isn’t something that compromises the safety of the braking system, but will just be stuck dealing with the noise until the brakes need to be replaced.When I brought this to the attention, even sent a picture of the Mazda work order, asking to be, at least, reimbursed for the $155 Mazda service fee, I was simply told my concern was forwarded to their service team and expect a call. Well I received nothing. No call, no follow up, no regard to at least try and alleviate this situation. I paid WAY too much money (above average) for this vehicle to make any form of noise, but At this point I don’t even want new brakes installed, I’ll deal with the clicking sound, I just want the money I shouldn’t have had to spend at a dealership service centre back.Please, please, please make sure you test drive the vehicle first before you buy it. Don’t be taken advantage of and made a fool like I was.

I will not be coming back to deal with Sonia, without question. I was turned down by everyone for a vehicle and found myself in a desperate situation. Sonia wouldn’t give up, she wouldn’t quit, and she found me the perfect car at an affordable rate, a safe car that I can be proud to drive. EXCEPT, 1 month after Sonia sold me the car and expensive extended warranty….the engine light came on. After 3 separate opinions from mechanics, I found out that the number one fuel injector was misfiring! Called Sonia, sent email and text, haven’t received a response from her. Tried to use my $2000 extended warranty to cover it, it doesn’t cover the injectors. I guess when Sonia told me that I was covered bumper to bumper, she really meant she screwed me from bumper to bumper! A lemon car that I’m paying $25,000 for….STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Nothing but lying, staff that have been reported to OMVIC numerous times. Thank you Sonia, I will not recommend you or this company. I would like to have my time and money back from this scammer!!!

My credit score was not good, but he helped me right from the start each step of the way het was there to lead me on. Show me the way and show me what was you know? Good for me in my position. He never you know, shoved me off on other people he just kept looking after me. erHhe was there through whole thing and they even delivered my car all the way up to Thessalon, Ontario, which is near Sault Saint Marie. I hate to use this term, but I’m partially disabled. But I am and it sure was a breath of fresh air. Have someone help me and know what I needed. And you know, make me feel okay? So I bought a 2015 dodge caravan. First off the customer service was good! I then spoke to the manager that I felt was not interested in repairing things that he said were looked upon when certified, but my window doesn’t work properly.. radio didn’t work.. oil wasn’t change properly by the mechanic. The gasket wasn’t out on properly causing oil to leak out. My left turn signal goes on hyper mode and was told that it’s an electronic issue. The thing that releases windshield wiper build on drive side doesn’t work. I came in and I triesd to have these thing resolved and manager told me I would have to pay for it when infect these things are apart of the safe and also not fair . Buying a new or used car it should be up to par and safety should come first. Wish the place would of understood instead of sending me away wanting me to pay for the inspection and services on the van. Obviously customers don’t come first all the time. I got window fixed and thats it. Unreal.

UPDATE:The manager reached out to me in regard to my concern and used everything at his discretion to alleviate the situation. Couldn’t have been more understanding. We worked out a solution that… was beneficial for both of us and assured me I have their full support in the future. Upon a slight bump in road, I now Couldn’t be happier with the their customer service! Thank you!My initial experience with this company was wonderful. The sales rep I dealt with through the entire process, whom I won’t name, was incredible and the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the vehicle was delivered to me with a ‘clicking’ noise at slow speed turning. I informed the sales rep whom I purchased it off of and she simply stated the car still has manu warranty & 2 year added extended warranty. That’s great, but it only covers engine & drivetrain. I took the vehicle to the local manufacturer dealership, Mazda in this case, and they informed me the centre that safetied the vehicle used aftermarket brake parts, which is fine, but the brake pad shimmies weren’t installed. This isn’t something that compromises the safety of the braking system, but will just be stuck dealing with the noise until the brakes need to be replaced.When I brought this to the attention, even sent a picture of the Mazda work order, asking to be, at least, reimbursed for the $155 Mazda service fee, I was simply told my concern was forwarded to their service team and expect a call. Well I received nothing. No call, no follow up, no regard to at least try and alleviate this situation. I paid WAY too much money (above average) for this vehicle to make any form of noise, but At this point I don’t even want new brakes installed, I’ll deal with the clicking sound, I just want the money I shouldn’t have had to spend at a dealership service centre back.Please, please, please make sure you test drive the vehicle first before you buy it. Don’t be taken advantage of and made a fool like I was.read more
